TRACKING ORDER
Once we have processed your order(s), you will receive an email with the tracking information.
LOST/MISSING MAIL
You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed, as a proof that we have shipped your order. We will not be liable for any lost or missing mail.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package delivery date and return costs shall be at the expense of the customer. Therefore, we highly recommend customers to refer to the measurements on our size charts to ensure a comfortable fit. Do contact us via our email at customers@peaceoeuvre.com.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns/cancellations.
WRONG/DEFECTED ORDER
All items are QC’d before shipping out. However, if you have received a defective item or a wrong order, kindly drop us an email at customers@peaceoeuvre.com with your order ID, and attach pictures clearly showing the defective item/wrong order(s) received. Further instructions will be given within 24-48 hours.
You may return the item(s) in its original condition, unused and unworn, within 30 days upon receiving it. Postage will be fully reimbursed. However, if the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be made.
